I swear to something that I'll be back in approximately like....2 weeksish.


I've got a lot of work to do. So much work...unbelievable amounts of work...that wasn't a complete sentence. But hey bitches, I've been drawing like a motherfucker! I'm finally inspired again. Yeah!!!

It would seem that while my life has finally, in some twisted way, taken a turn for the better, the lives of my damn favorite TV characters has taken a turn for the worst. Fucking Tony Almeida is fucking evil again, and thusly is probably going to fucking die....AGAIN. *cries hysterically at the possibility of losing the beloved Slouchy for a second time* I would be more worried about Jack, but he's Jack Bauer, so I really doubt he'll kick the bucket. And....I haven't seen Ben Linus in a week. Lost is all about Ben and his creepy creepy creepy deliciousness. Well....whatever. I have no life.

I drew some ladies cuddling on each other while a tornado threatens to kill them. I actually kinda dig the picture. AND I'm workin on a bigass battle scene based on the casts in our school's cast hall. That is turning out much better than I had expected. I'm drawing some trees and as always, a whole buttload of naked folk. I should probably get a more professional attitude about all of that. I just like the reaction I get when I say I'm drawing naked people as opposed to the reaction I get when I say I'm working from nude models. Whatevs. I suppose none of this means anything to anyone until I put me up some pictures. I should do that. Maybe after school gets out.

In other awesome news, I'm going to be in school all summer. Not so sure if this is a good thing or not.....I guess we'll see.

Also, my creative writing class is having a poetry reading this Wednesday. Seeing as almost none of y'all live in Philly, I don't know what importance that has, but uh, it's happening. I may or may not put some of my crapass poetry up here.

Oh goodness, seriously though, this damn flu thing does not want to go away. Grrrr. I just want to be all happy and healthy again.

My scanner still hates me. I got one lousy scan out of it and it crapped out on me again. I might have to give in and actually have someone who knows about technological things look at it. *gasp!*

I'm praying for a snow day. I really really want a snow day. I have class until 9:30 tomorrow night. I could use the time off...yes please!

This sounds so bad, but I'm really missing my friends back home. My college homesickness seems to be coming like a year and a half into my college experience instead of instantly like most people. Thing is, and I really don't hold it against anyone, but everyone's so busy that I feel like I don't get to see anyone anymore. It's making me feel quite lonely dammit! I mean, I've been SOOOOO busy too, so I haven't had time to talk talk to my friends back home, but AHHH! I need some real human contact. Or hell, even internet human contact, much as I'm generally averse to it. Oh, and if you read this chica (that would be you ) I MISS CHOO!!!!!

Erm...having some artist's block, like hardcore. So, I kinda want to give the 100 themes thing another try, but maybe with my own weird ass other themes. Having things like that to give me focus really seems to help. Er, okay, so my dumb ass should be focusing on, you know, school assignments. X_X Meh, who's to say that the two can't overlap.

Another thing, I have a strange little love affair with watercolors right now. I mean, I kind of suck balls at watercolor, but I love it. Yay useless information!

I just need something exciting to happen in my life (okay, who fucking doesn't!?!) Well, I need to make it happen I guess, and other such cheesy lines. It's my own damn fault that I haven't left my apartment except for going to school. It's not like there isn't anything that I want to do, it's just that I'm far too tired/lazy/paranoid to actually go out there and do those things.

I'm just stuck in a fantasy world. Maybe that's not all bad (....maybe it is) but I spend most of my time wrapped up in my rpgs, tv, movies, reading etc. and I haven't really bothered to connect with other people. So, really maybe my feelings of isolation are my own damn fault. I can't even count the times my roommate has asked me to go do stuff with her, and I've just turned all the offers down with the excuse of "I have some work to get done", and after that I promptly go put on a movie.

More than anything I just can't let this turn into a repeat of last semester. Which, really, is 100% ( or at least 90%) up to me. So I guess just wish me luck....or give me a verbal kick in the ass. Intimidation does wonders for me.

Anyway, I'll stop bitching, life's not so bad. I really wish those skies would stop looking so clear though. COME ON DAMMIT! SNOW!!!
